Canopy style

Roman Canopies

A gently curved roof profile that softens the line of the doorway instead of a sharp pitch or flat edge.

The Roman canopy — sometimes called a bullnose canopy — uses a smooth, curved roof panel rather than a flat pitch. It gives a more decorative, traditional finish that works particularly well on period homes, bay-fronted properties, and entrances where a straight-edged canopy would look too plain.

The curve is formed into a single continuous panel, so there's no visible joint along the roofline. As with every canopy we fit, the radius, projection and width are set for your specific doorway.

Included in every fit

  • Smooth, curved bullnose roof profile
  • Seamless single-panel construction
  • A softer, more traditional finish
  • Suits period and bay-fronted properties
  • Colour-matched frame and trims

Questions

Frequently asked

How is the price worked out?
We measure the opening on a free site visit, then send a fixed quote based on the style, size and finish you choose. There's no obligation to go ahead, and no hidden extras added after the quote is agreed.
Do you fit outside Dublin?
Yes — we design, build and fit canopies for homes right across Ireland, not just in one county.
Who actually fits the canopy?
Our own team, not a subcontractor picked for the job. The people who measure your home are the same people who come back to fit it.
